find easy ways to release the happy chemicals that your body produces... best ways: regualr exercise. laughter.. funny book, funny movie, etc. foods: almonds and broccoli (not necessarily together) have natural substances that release your seratonin. chewing gum is bad for stomach (and with sugar, for teeth) but the hard chewing releases the seratonin (my son's occupational therapist told me this and the school allowed him to chew gum all thru elelmentary school!!!)
pet an animal regularly. or get a pet.
all these things will work with your brain chemistry and are so natural and great for you!! good brain chemistry will make life easier. oh, also salmon, cooked, is great for brain chem. too!

takin a multivitamin everyday, because vitamin deficienies have some of the same symptoms as stress/depression, such as sleeping a lot, lack of interest etc. Being around people you love, eases stress, praying/reading the bible brings peace when u need it
