Hun there is nothing that you can physically do to ensure twins. Fraternal twins result from a woman releasing 2 eggs which get fertilized, Identical twins result from 1 fertilized egg splitting in two. The only things that can increase your chances of twins are:
Family history of twins
IUI
In Vitro Fertilization
Certain Fertility Medications

Boy, you just can't wait can you?!!!
If YOUR family has a history of twins, you will probably have a fair chance. IF BOTH families have a history of twins or multiple births, you may have a better than average chance. Have you thought about the sleepless nights?
See the links below if you're really THAT desparate.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/3jAcV
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

i have 2 sets of twins in my family. 2 cousins who are twins and i have younger twin sisters. there is nothing specific you can do to ensure twins. but if either of you have twins in your families it can increase the chances. they say its nmormally stronger on the mans side and skips a generation.

nothing. twins are just a fluke, and are three times as hard to handle for the first few months than a single child. Are you planning to have a nanny in the house so your wife can rest between feedings, or are you planning to stay home?Howselfish you are that you think only of yourself, and not of your wife who has to feed and raise these babies! And being a man, you CAN'T give birth to any children, moron.

Go for fertility treatment, this produces a much greater chance of conceiving twins, and even triplets! other than that its down to mother nature. Twins usually follow in family lines as it seems to be a genetic disposition (at least for identical twins anyhow) So if you have any twins in your lineage it may increase your chances?

There is no way you can insure twins, it will either happen or it wouldn’t. If either of you have twins in the family you may have a higher chance to have them.
If you have Introvitro it does increase the chances for multiplies but you could end up with more then just two babies you could end up with up to 6 or more
You could also considering looking into to adopting twins

So you'd like twins with your wife. Best of luck to you both assuming you both want twins. Have you a history of twins in either off your families? I've got 2 sets of cousins as twins, the 1st are non-identical & the others are identical. I also got 1st cousins as triplets. My colleage is pregnant with her third set of twins. The first two were both identical boys. Anyway, back to the question, you can enhance your chances by either your wife taking fertility drugs or going to have artificial insemination for a surer way (not 100%) of having twins. All the best. By the way Judith_r, what do you know if they both want or not?
