my best frend E proposed me.though i thot i didnt hv feelings for him,i said yes to not to hurt him.but then i relized tht i liked another guy A intensely.so i told this to E and he said ok and said tht we wud be frends if i wanted and i agreed .he still said tht he wud always hv feelings 4 me and i know he does still.now after a week or so i realized tht i had taken a very wrong decision and actually i had only an attraction towards A and i had been liking E ,none else. i told E tht the case is reverse. he didnt react to it.just being his normal self and not paying attention to me(only like a frend) and talks to other girls too too much even when he knows it hurts me.why didnt he react and why is he behaving so????pls help me out.

hey, there is nothing to worry!, try to keep u r self calm. Now go to a peaceful and lonely place thet you love, and think about the matter. Whom do u love? Is it true love or just feelings. don't ever tell somebody that u love the person until u r double confirmed that u love him. Go out on vacation for a week, that is away from present place. Now during the vacation you would definitly miss the one's u love the most. If u confirm that Mr. E is the person, u really love, then u should give some time for him to uderstand u r situation. Ofcourse please put yourself in his shoes, what he may think? that u r not firm about u r dicisions? how can he be be sure that u won't leave him when u find another Mr.Y who u may get attracted? Either way, as i understand, since he is hurting you by talking to other girls. that means he atleast having some feeling about you.Thets a plus point. Take him into confidence by giving sorry greetings, gifts in case his birthday is in & around, then things may inprove. You are giving mixed signals.... First, make up your mind COMPLETELY on what YOU want.... Don't be wishy washy. Guys hate that.
From what I am seeing in your question so far, you aren't even IN LOVE. None of you (you, E nor A) need to take anything to any serious level anytime soon. Find out what YOU want and let them do the same. THEN if there is a connection, let it happen naturally.

How you want change someone who can not trust you even as a friend anymore.
You hurt best friend really good - and you feel hurted of what.
Take a time, slow down don't push anything don't get involved in any other relationship- if he is for you he come back. Don't be nasty - be nice.

Well, he might just be doing that to hurt you purposly, because you hurt his feeling sand he just pretended that everything is ok, or maybe he thought that you were playing games, with him, and lost feelings for you, need to sit down and realize what did you really like about him cuz no body has time to be worrying about someone playing childish games, especially if your young, you have things to accomplish so you cant worry about him or you can simply sit down and talk with him.

I think that maybe he's confused of you. He's maybe thinking that your just playing with his feelings. Try to talk to him sincerely so that he can see your true color, your true feelings towards him.
