you did the right thing. moving in with her before she is officially divorced would have been hard on both of you. moving in is something to do when all other obstacles have been cleared, because living together is basically another test or obstacle for the two of you.

No you were not wrong to buy a house instead of moving in with her . If she does not want to get devorced that living with her would just be a complication you do not want. Maybe you should think about moving on with someone that is not married
