how to design a test bench for rail to rail amplifier?

the rail-to rail have 2 difference input ( which is 1 for NMOS n 1 for PMOS) and also have diferential output so how to test as a normal amplifier

Ahhhhh....... This is a somewhat different question than I thought it was. But I'm still not sure I fully understand your description of the device you're working with.

Your best bet is to get a copy of the data sheet for the device (almost certainly available on-line from the manufacturers web site) and then go from there. You might even want to call an applications engineer at the manufacturer and talk with them. They're free and they usually know what they're talking about.
