There is this girl that I have been frineds with for a while. I would say about three months. The situation is that my buddy and her were going out, but it tuns out that he is a no good piece of junk. He beat her one time and it turned into a restraining order on her part, Which she was awareded today. I think she is wonderful in all the right places. She is well organized, has a GREAT personality, Very smart, and has a good outlook on life and her own goals. On top of that, she is an extreamly beautiful young lady. She's 23 and i'm 21. I want her to know how I feel about her. I believe that she deserves someone like myself. Someone who will treat her like the queen that she really is. I also want her to know that I have the best intentions for her. I have a hard time going about doing this however. I want to take her out on a date sometime and show her a good time. If ya have any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your responses.

I would say just tell her how you feel. Be honest with her. Tell her how feel about what your associate did to her. Ask her out on a date and show her how are real man treats his queen.

I would start by talking to her, let her know you are interested in her but you don't want to rush her into anything. tell her you would like to build a relationship built on trust, respect and compassion and not violence. first i would make an ex-friend out of buddy (sounds like good riddance anyhow) otherwise she will never be comfortable. i hope it works out for you, you sound like a nice guy & there arent so many of those around anymore.

Well I would not think he would been your friend if he beats on women since you don't like that. So I would not worry what he thinks since he is not a man from the beginning.So do what you think is best for your life and don't worry about trash like that, that's beats on women.

First and foremost... do not jump-in right away because you said yourself that she's dating someone else that is a no no! Wait 'til she's free and then let her know hoe you feel for her then right there ask her out. Patience and planning is the best key for your situation. ^_^
