im trying and i mean im trying hard. i cant seem to stop calling my ex. i know hes not good for me but its just hard to let go of someone youve been with for a while. he then at the same time calls me sometime. but he is still not good for me . it was very unhealthy. i have a bad habit of calling him. so do you have some good advice on this. ive tried to keep busy. but i still keep calling. this guy. plz help!!!!

Remove everything about him from your life. Delete his email, his number, throw away anything he gave you. Then every time you decide to call him step back and say I'm better than this...You really just need to find someone else to enable yourself to move on.

I had the same problem with my ex she used to call me all the time and it just prolonged the agony the best thing I ever did was change my phone # and delete hers from my phone and practiced a little self and l got on with my life. There are plenty more fish in the sea lol

Every time you feel the need to call, just remember why he is an ex. He must be a ex for a reason. Don't answer his calls and don't call him. Put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it every time you get the urge.

It's OK to call him but to reminisce your happy times together is the thing that's keeping him in your mind. Go get someone else. Someone whose worthy of you and your love. When you finally saw that guy... you'll be happy and forget your ex. Happy hunting! ^_^

sadly this is not abmormal, and you may keep doing it until you get over him/ find someone else. the best thing I can tell you is that if you can be friends and you can control the thoughts of getting back together you will be fine. since you know he is bad for you, be friends and keep it there, you will be fine and eventually be able to let go.

take it from me my ex girl was a total ***** but i wanted her more and more until my sister told me she cheated on me
even after all that i was still calling her but after a while i got over her and yeah she is old news and you need to make him old news
