They are making fun orf you and retarded people and that is not cool. One car acident or hard bump on the head they may end up on the short bus. People should not make fun of others.

The short bus refers to the retarded bus, it's an insult. It originated from the special handicapped buses used to transport disabled children to school (the buses tended to be shorter, with wheelchair access in the back), hence "the short bus".

I think it's referring to people who are in some way not as capable as the majority. It's not a nice thing to say to anyone.
