if it doesn't bother you or her who cares and long as she is happy and building her confidence. I say let the other person deal with it.
My niece wore boys underwear for 2 years, my youngest boy wanted Dora underwear and it only comes in panties, now granted my husband almost died when my son announces to the public that he has Dora panties, but hey he's potty trained. I told my husband to deal w/ it, or he could start changing a lot more diapers and I didn't mean the one he changed because mom wasn't at home to do it.

I had the exact same problem not too long ago. My daughter is three and wanted 'Jeff Gordon' underwear (that is what she calls the Cars Movie). We tried everything and final just gave in. Within two days she was using the potty and so very proud of herself. Now she wears regular girl underwear like SpongeBob and just solid colors. She still has her Jeff Gordon ones, but it doesn't matter as much now.
Get whatever is right for your daughter now and then keep looking around for other pants once the big issue of just using the potty is behind her. Every child is different, and if somebody wants to comment on her underwear, let them. Who cares? They don't have to try and potty train the poor dear.
Good luck!

Boys underpants are a little more expensive than girls are. They also have more elastic around the top but other than that they are underpants, I dont see the harm in letting her wear them. They might be a little hard for her to pull up and down so parctice is good.

They have girls panties with butterflies, and all different designs. If she loves trains, get her some boy's underpants if you think that will help her potty-train better.

I would let her wear whatever she wants this is how i trained my 2 year old b/c she was home all day with me and her 4 yr old brother so she seen alot of his drawers. Just be careful. Last night (our first cold night) my 6 year old daughter wore a pair of her older brothers long underwear type pajamas to bed. She lay there staring at herself for about an hour making sure nothing was going to grow through the hole!!! LOL

I would let your child pick out what they want to wear. Weather is be boys or girls underware. It is there moment to shine and get potty trained. Get them excited about getting their own underpants. Good Luck!

Let her wear any character she likes. The boy briefs are just the same as girls except they have a slot. I wish clothing manufacturers would wise up and realize girls like cars, power
rangers, dinosaur, etc. Until women are really treated equal we have to improvise. I have to go into the boys section to find longer shorts for my daughter to wear, so her underwear doesn't show when she bends over.

There is a difference as far as the style of the pants, but if it helps her train and boosts her confidence..go for it. Lots of girls pay good money at Victoria Secret to buy boy briefs..lol

I bought my daughter boy underwear too because alot of the new characters are only coming out in boys underwear. Doesn't make a difference.

I dont see an issue with it at all. The difference is in the way they are cut. I honestly dont have a clue as to why they make them differently. They are all cotton so it shouldnt madder at all. I might feel funny putting barbie on my son but shoot if it gets him to poop in the potty I'll buy him barbies dream house!
