Is the blood in the stool or is he bleeding while taking a bowel movement? If it's just a matter of bleeding while making a 'movement', he's probably ripped the hole open a little. Try using a laxative for a week or so and washing and drying after every 'movement'. If treated carefully, it should heal.

Ulcers(the stomach bleeding) can cause bleeding of the bowel. Hemorrhoids can cause blood in the stool. If it is red and not dark or black in all probably it is hemorrhoids which is surface skin from the rectum. Are the stools hard, maybe this is why it hurts. Put a glob of vaseline on the butt hole or anus daily or as needed until it heals. Make him drink more water, lots of water to flush out the toxins. Water is very vital to health. Drink at least 8 g big glasses of it a day. Once he gets in the habit of this he won't have any omre trouble if it is hemorrhoids. Lifting and straining can cause hemorrhoids, too.

Get over the grossness. NOW.
If he has advanced hemorrids then he's probably tearing the outside of the anus. While bad, that is not life-threatening. If the blood is liquid and flowing in the stool, it could be deadly. No sh*t. Deadly. That means something is tearing in his digestive tract or stomach. If his digestive tract is tearing, fecal matter is mixing with blood. This can kill him. If it's in the stomach, then stomach acid is mixing with blood. This can kill him.
You can't f*ck with this. Get him to emergency. Get him to a doctor. YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO MAKE THIS CALL!! No sense worring about cost if he won't make it to next month.
Go. Now. Go.
PS. Hemorroids might cause a little discomfort while going to the bathroom. It does not cause outright pain, ever, especially when not in the bathroom. Go to emergency.

If there's blood in your stool, it can be different things. Sometimes it can be a sign of colon cancer. He needs to see a doctor especially if he is in pain. If you can't afford medical, there are government health insurances. I don't know where you live and I don't if they have this where you live, but in New York you can get Medicare Medicaid and it's free. You can call 311, they might be able to help you and your bf get health insurance.

Unless he's pumping chicken blood into his *** when you're not looking it's not possible this is anything good. Hell it's possible it's nothing a doctor can do to help him. Could be Colon cancer or or simply a festerring wound in his anal tract. The bigger question is what is he doing with his money that he can't afford to see a Doctor about this? Saving up for a coffin?

Depends on several factors.... his age, frequency, the color of his stools. Sounds like he has a strenuous job, he may have hemorrhoids - He can try to take a sits bath to see if this helps any, and use some prep H. He could also have a more serious bowel problem, If this problem persists he is going to have to see his Dr.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/pveh4
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

Where is the pain? In his intestinal area or in his anal area? My guess would be hemmerhoids. Does he get constipated alot? Have him drink lots of water. Of course, he really needs to see a doctor, anal bleeding can be serious but don't scare him, just take him.
