If you have access to the CPIC then you should be able to get prints / maybe mugshot... if they are available.

Photographing and fingerprinting only occurs for indictable offenses. (or when people are tricked into getting photographing and fingerprinting done.) (Ithere are summary or misdemenor and indictable or felonies in canada.)

The Local Edmonton Police forces may have them..however it may depend on who arrested them.

Generally police information is only released to authorized law enforcement bodies.

However background checks can be made it may only be text and not include photographs.

Oh but if they wern't convicted there "may" not be a record kept and if it was an absolute discharge then the record may have been removed after 1 year.

Also the records may be at the local arresting police.. but MAY not be.. as usually there are fees for records destruction on a request.
