If you have your own money it isn't wrong. If you share all the money, you should talk it over and decide together.

first is your husband a believer. I would say yes you should tithe because if u do not pay your tithes the bible say you are curse with a curse. Show your husband in the scriptures where it say you suppose to tithe. Malachi 3:8-9

8Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. 9Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Malachi 3:10:
10Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Luke 18:12:

12I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

That's the word and we know that God honors his word. With your husband not tithing he is making your family suffer that what the Bible says!! a curse!!!!!!!! Be Blessed Everyone!!

NO..You could agree on a set amount, but actual tithing where your suppose to give 10% of your income is pretty hard on most people's budget. I am a Christan, but just don't support the tithe thing.

this depends on the money you use to tithe with. If you both have two separate incomes then you can tithe with yours and it is not wrong. But if you are considering tithing with the money he brings in, it can make for a problem in the relationship.

If you're worried about the amount ... don't. God sees the heart! Remember the poor widow who only gave 2 copper coins? Tithe, but give with all your heart.

I'm sure your spouse won't be against a couple of dollars???

Jesus loves you!

Not if you are tithing off their money. Unless you tithe off of money that has been given to you for shopping or something else. Pray about it.

I think you two should agree. My husband and I didn't tithe for many years but we were both convicted that we should and God has blessed us immeasurably. Pray that your husband will be convicted in this area. Be patient.
