I was fairly shy about expressing love for my hubby when we were first dating. We had both been in relationships where the "I love you"s came too fast, and we weren't going to want that to happen again. After a few weeks of nonstop hanging out, I sent him roses with a note telling him how I felt. It must've worked because we've been married nearly 4 years.
