SOME BRIEF THOUGHTS:

Go to bed at the same time every night.

Turn on soft relaxing music

Say a prayer & give your worries to God for the night.

Give yourself the time for seven/eight hours of sleep

Be at peace with yourself & the world.

A comfortable bed. Then being at peace (no worries) when you say goodnight to everyone. Pleasant thoughts.
In short just being relaxed and ready to go to bed is all you need.

you need a good bed
maybe some very low relaxing music

don't worry about whats going to happen or what already happened
worrying about it will not solve anything
