I would say the shower must be absolutely freezing before you start screaming! Otherwise you would be a wimp!

7 degrees below zero....h2o in the shower will start sluicing and start turning to ice on the shower floor....similar to the Bering sea at winter....you have 8-10 minutes to live so start screaming
