Go to the library of the junior high school that was open in the year 1975. Ask the librarian if you can see one of the books from the archives, namely, the 1975 yearbook.
You won't be able to take the book away, but you might be able to photo copy an item, if you are looking for something specific about the school or about a particular student.
It will be much easier if you were a member of the 1975 class, or at least had been a student at the school.
