Jesus was never a God.
God didn't need to forgive people because God never blame anyone.
We all believe in strange things, including the belief that it is right and appropriate for Nabi Muhammad to marry a lot of women to take care of their welfare instead of adopting them as his sisters and daughters.

Because Jesus died intentionally as a sacrifice for our sins. When Adam and Eve sinned God was saddened because he knew that man would perish because of thier sins.
Don't you believe that infidels will go to Hell? So why do you ask "Why didn't god forgive people?" God is Holy. He can't have anything to do with sin, or evil. But God did not want us to go to Hell, so he did everything he could to prevent that. He couldn't just forgive our sins. He had to find a way so that we could find redemption for our sins. He did this by sending his own Son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. There is a great battle between good and evil. A mere man cannot understand this unless he reads the Bible, and prays to God for answers.

Jesus was "a" god, a spiritual being, before he was sent to earth by his Father in heaven, Jehovah God.
Jesus was NOT,,,Almighty God.
That is Jehovah.
Jesus was sent to pay a 'ransom' price for us with his own life. The apostles asked if he could save himself, but he refused, saying "for this reason I have been sent"
(Matthew 26:54) In that case, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that it must take place this way?”
(Luke 4:43) But he said to them: “Also to other cities I must declare the good news of the kingdom of God, because for this I was sent forth.”

Christians, Muslims and Jews all agree Abraham was God`s prophet. Think about Abraham offering his son Isaac to God as a sacrifice. God provided a lamb in his place. Jesus is the Lamb of God, offered for us.

Jesus is God and was sent by God the Father to be the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of mankind that came to us from Adam and the sin that he committed. There were not enough sacrifices (lambs, bulls, etc) able to be given for such a multitude of sins by the whole human race so God the Father sent His Only Son to be the ultimate sacrifice for all. He could have saved himself if he wanted to be disobedient to His Father and give it up but He chose to be obedient and died so that we might live (believers in the Son) in heaven for eternity because He loves us so much. It is your choice to be among the believers who will be saved and I pray that you will choose to believe in the one who gave His life for you.

firstly... Allah means god, genius.
christians belive jesus didn't keep himself from being killed, because the belive he saw it as neccesary for the people to be forgiven.
In my opinion jesus didn't because he felt it was what he needed to do, in the greater scheme of things, well, personally I think he actually survived it, and moved to japan afterwards... but thats not the point.
I also belive that god does/did forgive people without the need of a blood sacrifice, and that the animal sacrifices during the temple period and prior, were merely symbolic and a gesture, to make the... display, of that honest sentiment, more visible and quantifiable.

Free will. It's no fun to MAKE people worship and follow. Wouldn't you rather give someone the choice? That's what God did.
And Jesus wasn't a god, He is THE GOD. He didn't save himself, because He was saving US.
I'm sorry you have problems understanding. But it's real and it's the TRUTH.

God sent his only begotten son to die on a cross ..so that who so ever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.. He loved us that much...Just like Issac was told to take his son Jacob to be sacrificed for atonement of blood for the sacrifice just before he was ready to slaughter his son ..God stopped him and said behold you would have obeyed me unto the death of your only son..just then a ram appeared in the thicket. And Issac was able to use the Ram and showed God he would have obeyed. It doesnt make sense maybe why?..God would send his only son to die on a cross but he loves us that much.. That who so ever believeth in him though he were dead yet shall he live ..cuz Jesus blood then became the atonement for all are sins the whole world and who so ever believes in Jesus will not die but have ever lasting life..
