candles are cheap, easy ways to create an elegant atmosphere.
outdoors? be sure to use hurricane lanterns or glass vase type enclosures so the candles won't blow out.
fabrics are also life savers. pay attention to table linens.
they can also be draped from the ceilings to create a new look in a plain room.
hooe this helps!

A theme throughout your wedding day such as a colour or a flower can be really helpful when it comes to choosing your dress, venue and other wedding items. What is your favorite colour? What sort of atmosphere do you want to create - elegant, contemporary, relaxed or formal?

We love the English Country look which seems really popular at the moment - beautifully soft subtle colours and fragrance. Imagine masses of old-fashioned pink and white garden roses, combined with peonies - pretty feminine and romantic. Lighting can help create a romantic mood. Try floating candles in glass bowls scattered with rose petals or tiny tea lights dotted around on the tables.

If you are getting married near a holiday, use that as your starting point. Use the colors of that holiday and decorate around it. If Halloween go with browns and oranges. If it's Christmas use reds, silvers, golds, etc. If it's New Years use lots of confetti and sparkle.
