Um if it is their urine you first might want to think about addressing why they are urinating on themselves. Are they small dogs? About the smell, I think an old fashioned bath works the best.

frist use a dilued amount of white vinager this will breack down the amounia from the urine place news paper on top of the spot and a hevy book or pot lave there over night than go to your local carpet store or kirby store the carry a alsom oder elimater by hoover for dog urine after that block they are for 1week so that your dog doesn't mark the area agin why they do this is there young or 2 to mark area of territory if they smell doest go away you can use a product call works and it strong needs dulted but its the cheap way out

If it's on the floors--white vinegar will neutralize the odor--then a weak bleach solution. If it's the dogs that smell--I guess they need a bath and a hair cut around the nether regions. Sorry--I'm not sure where the smell is!

the best way to get rid of dog urine smell is to: pull the carpet up and get it cleaned. get new carpet pad and bleach the wood before laying it all back down.
