Way to go mama!
The young man will need room to mature, but sexually it should be a good match. Most guys tend to fade at 45 or so, so around 60 she wouldn't have to worry too much about that aspect of the relationship.
The biggest problem would be making sure the guy had a chance to spread his wings and develop, career-wise and personality-wise. Guys are a bit less mature than women, so ... the woman would have to be careful she wasn't just a surgorate mother figure.
Speaking of which, there's family on both sides to consider. If they are both orphans, then it would be up to the 2 individuals and their level of security/maturity.
I would recommend a long dating period to see what problems they might encounter with friends, bosses, careers, and family.
If it would be a no brainer if a 36-year old man dated a 21-year old woman; it should be no problem if the roles were reversed. The guy would probably come out ahead in the relationship though.
The ? should have read: "What do you think of a 36-year old woman dating a 21-year old man?"

A cradle-robber. She likes them young so she can raise them the right way! Sexually, they are a perfect match and are both at their peak. But when it comes to a meeting of the minds instead of the private parts, everything changes. The woman will realize the immaturity of her younger partner, and will soon be bored with him. He will want to do a lot of things socially, that she wouldn't be interested in, and vice-versa. They won't have much in common other than sex, and that wears off eventually. End of romance; end of story.

21 year olds like to have fun. They do not want to get married, think about getting married, talk about where the relationship is going or solve your emotional problems. As long as you realize that this is all for fun and at his age, he doesn't have much else to offer, it should be a fantastic adventure. Kiss him for me!

i don't think it's right to have such a age difference, but then again, I've never dated before (and don't intend to) so how about asking some close friends or relatives, and good luck.
