Home schooling is good apart from government education given to our kids.Home schooling is good for both male and female because 1. The girls learn how to cook well from there mothers 2.They know how to respect there elders and age mates 3.They are able to still polish there English and earn more marks and have good result though to parents that are not too busy for there kids and as for the boys they too still learn how to cook, have good manners, know some domestic work and at the same time teach them well so as to have good grades. That the aspect of Home Schooling for parents but as for an income which you wish to earn form home schooling i would take it that the person is a kind of lesson teacher and wish to earn money.

Are you asking people if they want income? Yes, always.

However, I'm not selling any home party stuff and I'm not doing Melaluca (sp?) and I'm not doing that thing where you have to listen to a phone call with other moms. Forget it. Can we say, "rip off"?

I homeschool my children. It was the best decision we have made for our children. We are down to one income, but we cope. Our bills are paid and we eat. Sometimes we take a short vacation. We aren't jet setters, nor do we want to be.

For the lass that said "send them to private school", not everyone can afford that. Private schools here start at $4000 a year and only go up from there.

I do have a bookkeeping office at home and I earn very little from it.

Earning an income is a great need for home schoolers. Many of us are stay at home parents and don't have 2 incomes to support the family. It is very difficult to pay all of the bills.

I quit my high paying job to home school my 2 children because the public school they went to was doing a terrible job. I felt like my children deserved more than that. That was 5 years ago. I started babysitting because I needed extra money. Now that my children are older they can follow a program on their own without much help from me. The children I babysit for I have a "preschool" for and my own children help to teach them certain things. Homeschooling has made our family much closer and my children are very smart and well adjusted. If you would like any other info, e-mail me!!!!

I was home schooled. I think it just depends on the family. I've known homeschoolers who couldn't read in the 10th grade. I've also known homeschoolers who graduated and started at a university in the 10th grade.
I'm glad that I was homeschooled, but it might not be best for my brothers. It varies from family to family and from child to child. You just have to be willing to adapt accordingly.

Home Schooling?

Not all parents are equiped enough and learned enough on all topics and subjects to possibly teach their children.
How can they learn following a program on their own?
If the public system is so bad send them to a private school!!!
