+ and - mean "positive for Rh D antigen" and "negative for Rh D antigen," respectively. When you are giving a person's standard blood type, it's usually given with ABO type immediately followed by + or -. When you're just talking about the Rh D antigen, it's typical to say "Rh +" and "Rh -," rather than just + or -. But they are indeed the same thing.

"RH-" and "-" means the same thing. it is just indicating whether that bloodtype contains the same factor as those found in Rhesus monkeys. Most people are Rh+, but there are a few who are not. Those women who are not are at risk of harming their baby during pregnancy.

the - or + sign comes in our blood group by rh only. if there had been no rhesus factor than the -ve or +ve sign would had no significance so its the same thing. we generally dont add rh in between
