Any sort of makin, I happen to know, is gravely sinful. Do not, whatever you do, do any makin. Makin in is bad, but makin out? Are you crazy? Do you value your soul? Engage in no makin of any kind. It is abonimable unto the Lord.

If you are not married, yes it is. And if you are, and with someone else it is adultery and that is a sin. In Proverbs it talks about a son and wisdom, is says the lips of a immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth smoother than oil, but in the in she is as bitter as poison

Making out is a form of feeding into your lustful desires, which can and infact lead to the real deal (sex). You want to run away, far away from your sin, not to see how close you can get to it. Now, what do you think?

Yep, unless you are married to that person.
I think kissing, cuddling, & hugging are ok, if you are in a committed relationship. But any kind of sex or fondling should only be done when you are married.
