It may be hard, but if you want anything to happen between you two, YOU have to make most of the moves (especially if he's shy.). Go up to him, be extra sweet, and get to know him better. After a few of those, ask him out, and see his reaction. That way, you can seduce him without being too straight forward.

Yes because they are untrained in how to handle predators as well as reticient to "make a scene" so they go along with something out of a desire to please or avoid embarassment that a scene would cause. This does not make such actions morally or legally acceptable. If the guy says "no", remember that that is definitive and you have to stop or it is considered by the law as rape. It is also never right to hurt someone just because you can. I suggest that you go after a mutually acceptable relationship witha bi or gay male and not prey on the weak.

Just flirt a lot and take the lead! My boyfriend started out as an extreme case of the shy-guy scenario. Try starting subtly with little things like coming over and leaning on his shoulder to talk to him, touching knees under the table when you're sitting together, and sitting super-close to him when you guys are sitting on a couch, just because you can. Once he figures out you like him (and believe it or not, they pick these things up quickly!) just grab his hand one day when you're walking or rest your fingertips just touching his across the table if you eat together. The trick is, as much as you just want to jump on him and kiss him, you HAVE to take it slow, almost to the point of being painful, because if you do, you will have him hooked for as long as you want him around. My guy even worked up the courage to make me his first kiss after I did all my flirt work! Shy guys are amazing when you draw them out of that shell!

if a guy is that shy abnd it dosent work out and you go your seperate ways you may end up scaring him fior life!! you dont care we can hear it now, honestly if hes shy and quiet and the real nerdy type, forget him hes got isues and you cant force him into something you may cause a lot of potentional damage here wee know you dont care you just get what you want!! we feel sorie for him especially if hes a, virgin type, dont force him he sounds just so shy!!

Ask him to go do something and become friends first...it will make him feel more comfortable and maybe open up to you.
