If you are vigilant about exercise and wanting to lose the tummy flab, you are going to have to add strength training to your regular exercise program. You are going to have to have variety in your workouts. If you stick to just one type (like spinning or aerobics) you are not challenging your body to use the other muscles.

I am pregnant with my 4th, and after my 1st I saw a trainer that said that it was a good thing I choose to see a personal trainer, because that way I would have the advantage of having a workout program designed specifically for my body type and my needs.

Pilates, more specifically, Windsor pilites, her workout are about 25-40 minutes long, and for results you really only need to do in 3 times a week. This routine for some reason makes the pounds and fat melt right off. When I started 2 years ago I was 160lbs now I'm 140 and I gained 5 pounds (I'm not doing the workout as much as I should I guess lol) anyway I've tried several different types of exercise and and this is the quickest way to shed the pounds and have them stay off. I lost 25 lbs in about 6 weeks
my tummy went from me having a 4 month pregnany belly, LOL to a flat tummy.

Pilates is a great exercise. Walmart has a DVD called Pick your Spot Pilates. It is only 30 minutes: 10 minutes on butt, 10 minutes on thighs, and 10 minutes on stomach. You can do all three or you can do one.

If you find the answer to this one, email me please. My stomach will start firming up and then lose it and be loose again.
