My husband wants to attend the police academy, where do I go to apply for grants?

I don't know where you live, but some police departments send their hires to an academy for free as part of their employment. You may want to check with local police departments to see if any of them do that. Once he attends, he can apply to other departments, sometimes right away, sometimes in 3-5 years.
I don't know of any grant programs, though. Sorry...

Start with your local Police Station, ask them I'm sure they should be able to direct you to the right place.
