see a doc about both...

and maybe you need some yoga.. and check that diet of yours. sleeplessness and pain can be caused by things you eat also IF nothing else works.

slight allergies that don't show up as allergies to certain foods may be mistaken for something else.

a dietician can be real handy and can be a life saver.

RE: i was eating something (some animal fats) that made me hyper and i couldn't sleep and had headaches... i removed that from my diet plan and now i sleep like a log... can't wake me up sometimes.

but do talk with a doctor too.. just in case there's something going on that hasn't been assumed or detected.

The bracelet might help up to a certain degree for pain of joints and such.It focuses on the circulation of our body.

As for the sleep disorder, not that i know of.You might want to seek an ENT for that.If you have been diagnose with OSA( Obstructive Sleep Apneoa/Apnea) they might suggest you go for a sleep test and use devices like C-paps.

Hope you go to a Specialist for this.For Sleep disorders might give rise to a lot of complications.

Since just about anything can give a 50% placebo effect, then yes. If it works for you then problem solved, but there's no science.

some do dome don't before you buy do a research on Google for reviews of people who allready bought it!

yes, the ones like QRAY work great. i know many people who have said that it has helped with major bodyaches as soon as they put it on. they are a bit expensive though, but worth it.
