That is not a homeschooling question, nor is it even a question at all. It was a demand.
However, if it were a question, asked here in homeschooling, it would be miscategorized.
If you were to ask a question similar to that demand, it would feel right at home in the homework help section.

The three branches of the American government are , the legislative branch which makes and passes all laws,in other words congress and the senate. The executive branch which executes all the laws , that's the president of the united states . While the third branch is the judicial branch and it interprets the laws so that if there are any conflicts within the constitution, over the laws, the judiciary can rule what is or is not constitutional and send it back to congress and the senate to refashion or rewrite .
In Canada we have a legislative branch, the House of Commons and our Senate, the judiciary, the Supreme Court and the executive branch, the Prime Minister.
There are actually two more estates, the spiritual and the media known as the fourth and fifth estates. Both are interpreters of the other three.

It's all checks and balances. The Excecutive Branch (The President) is supposed to veto legislation that is un-consitutional, and he is supposed to be able to make swift military decisions in case we are attacked.
The Judicial branch determines the constitutionality of laws, or determines if a specific act is lawful.
The Legislative branch, makes or repeals laws.
It's a pretty good sytem, but there is abuse of power in all three branches.

Use the web and look it up. I'll give you a hint -- the three branches are -- executive, judicial, and legislative. This is homework HELP, not "do my homework."
