Ask her what to wear. Maybe they're formal, maybe they wear tshirts on Thanksgiving. Who knows? (She does, so ask her).
Always be respectful and have good manners. If they are that formal type, learn etiquette, too. (Pull the chair back for your gf, and any other women close by. Hold doors for them, etc. How to use a fork and knife, all that.)
Everything else should come naturally. Don't change your personality. Just be informed. Read the newspaper or watch CNN or something, so that if world events come up, you can relate and contribute to the conversation.
Just relax and enjoy the dinner. I'm sure they'll like you!

Buy a nice suit and tie. Get a haircut if you need one. Find out somethings her mom likes such as flowers or soap or something along those lines to get her mom and make a good first impression. My mom works at a lavender farm so I got a few candles and some other stuff for my boyfriend's mom the first time I met her. His mom also makes her own soap and sells it. So that went over really well. Maybe find something that her mom is into like hobbies and stuff. Get her something she can use. Don't worry too much. If all else fails, get her a gift certificate at a spa for a manicure or massage.

Look, just be polite, don't do anything stupid (although the impulse may be overwhelming...no offense) and you should be fine. Oh, and just so you know, when the grandmother(or really any relative) passes you the jiggly looking...kind of mysterious, somewhat dessert-ish looking...dish of food. However much you may not want to put any of it in your mouth...do it anyway. That is, if you truly like this chick.

Just try to imagine that you are going to see your close relatives for a visit. Thinking that your GF's family is like your relatives will help you be comfortable and you don't to worry about how to impress them.

be sure and take her mother a nice bouquet of fall flowers, and it should go off without a hitch, oh yeah good table manners would be nice also, good luck, dont over dress.
