It is absolutely fine. You should dilute it 50 %. though, but I use it full strength alot. It is perfectly FINE to do this.

I came from a poor house that used practical things like peroxide too. I am now 38 I have used peroxide to rinse out my mouth not to whiten my teeth but to kill bacteria, it worked great, I would also brush my teeth using my regular toothpaste and adding baking soda. I have never had my teeth professionaly whitened and I receive completments on how white my teeth are, so I would say this is a winning combo. Good luck

I wouldn't suggest rinsing / gargling with hydrogen peroxide. It needs to be properly dilluted to be safe for rinsing. What you can probably do is make a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, mix them into a paste, and use it as you would use your ordinary toothpaste (ratio is 1:1). Do not swallow it, and rinse thoroughly after. Do this only ONCE in a while and do not do it often. Remember, yellowish teeth will always be better than destroying your enamel just to look good.

Yes it's OK ~ there are instructions on the bottle for use as a dental debriding (oral rinse) agent. This is what my bottle of hydrogen peroxide says ~ mix with an equal amount of water, rinse for at least 1 minute, use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime.
ONLY 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

Cheap, and possibly deadly. There is hydrogen peroxide that is consumable, but not the kind on the store shelves. As a pharmacist about its whitening properties.

My mom used to make us rinse our mouths out with peroxide when we were kids. It's really yucky and bubbles stay forever in your mouth. We had white teeth though. But that was probably because we were kids. It may work.

NO NO NO!!! the hydrogen peroxide you buy at the drug store is like 15%. most dental peroxide systems contain around 6-8% hydrogen peroxide. you will end up buring out your mouth! GROSS. just drink less coffee & tea!

yes; it doesn't make your teeth more white. it helps reduce some gum diseases. however, good dental hygiene and regular check ups will prevent/minimize gum diseases.
