It seems like he should. Afterall, it comes from gluttony, right? And it's just not very pleasant to look at either.

I'm not fat but I sure am glad it won't be you deciding who gets to heaven. I think that weather we get into heaven or not is something that is between ones self and God and I think judging a person for any reason is as much a sin as gluttony. Just remember we are all Gods children no matter what we look like.

Obesety itself is not a sin. Many people are obese because of genetic disorders. What IS a sin is "gluttony". This means not only eating to excess, but also being gluttonous, or overindulging in ANYTHING.

The theory is that if you are obsessed or gluttonous of any earthly pleasure or tangibble thing this physical world can offer, then you are blinded to and deaf to the teachings and wisdom that the creator wants you to have. We were given free will to be able to choose what we allow to rule our lives, but we only have a choice of two masters to learn from. This way, we cannot sat, "I had too many choices... I didn't understand what I was supposed to do." We all inherently know what we are supposed to do with our lives... we just allow ourselves to forget because it is easier if we let someone else chose for us. And since God will not chose our fate for us, that only leaves one other to fulfill that task if "we" refuse to make the choices. This is how we "earn" or place in eternity.

Gluttony is one of the seventh sins. But not all obese people are that way because of gluttony. Some have medical problems that make them obese no matter what they eat.

God created canines and opposite to old, very old, shaped religious perception, HE does not deny any soul to heaven. St. Francis of Assissi (spelling) customer saint, do a information superhighway seek on him, even Catholic church homes have animal advantages, merely had them this previous weekend, believed in the spirituality of animals and nature below GOD. If GOD felt animals so unworthy, they does no longer have been noted on Noah's Ark. lower back, seek St. Francis of Asissi.

God loves His children no matter what they look like. And, no, it doesn't necessarily come from gluttony. I have found obese people to be more loving than most "beautiful" people. They also come across as more real.

OK this question is so funny!
But you might have a point... it comes from gluttony and that's a sin... and yeah it's true it wouldn't be nice to see fat people by the Pearly Gates. God forgive me for this...

Since when is gluttony unforgivable?

And if you have to be 'pleasant looking' to be in heaven, I guess we'll see each other in Hell.

If there is indeed a God and a Heaven, then all humans will be accepted, fat, skinny, tall, short etc. etc.
It's not how you look that will get you into heaven, but how you acted on earth.

Nobody is fat in heaven. We will all get perfect new spiritual bodies. That's not to say we shouldn't take care of our bodies on earth. Don't worry I don't think looking at fat people in heaven will be a problem for you.
