I'd ignore him. I don't mean to sound so prude-ish as I don't consider myself to be much of a prude, but there are appropriate ways for a stranger to approach me and there are inappropriate ways. That'd be in the 'inappropriate' category and wouldn't deserve any kind of response if possible.

Where would this stranger being saying that? At the grocery store? In a bar? Depends. Ted Bundy was a good looking guy.
I think I would be more scared than flattered or embarassed.
