Usually it is not a good idea to date someone working with you. A casual lunch or dinner is alright. But a date has implications to it. Some companies even have policies that does'nt encourage dating among their workers for fear that it could lead to unwarranted problems at work place. Also your interest towards a coworker who is much older than you can make her feel uncomfortable at work place. Continue to be friends with her and get to know her well. You need to be patient to know if she has some special liking or feelings for you. And after that if you two want to get involved seriously, then it's best that one of you find a new job and carry on your relationship.

If you value your job then I wouldn't even try it, but if you like her enough to take the chance that you may be stuck working with her after things didn't work out then go for it..in other words, girls usually know if you are into them so wait and see if she gives you any sign that she is interested before making a move. She may not want to date a coworker either.

hello i would not date a co-worker in the place of business, where i work. unless your real serious about it. because things may not work out. not wishing this would happen. and then you may want to see other women, on the job. her feelings may still be there, or vice verse, the same maybe, there for her. and you may not be able. to stand, to see her. with someone else, the same with you. because some break ups, . are not good. then it can cause all kinds. of conflicts, with manger, people you, or her like. and also leave a reputation. remem ber, this would be where she and you work. and i 'vie been there ,done that. the guy was younger, then i . it created , alot of conditions. and i was the same way, went in with my heart .open, not thinking if we break up. what would i do, and he spread . alot of rumors, turn out, they were so bad. they had to terminate, both of us, because we stayed fussing. i would keep it on a friend level. not dis curring you, I'm happy to see people in love. but i had ,to learn the hard way. if you can keep it, on the down-low. and profession bases, go. for what you know GO GET YOUR PRIZE. GOOD-LUCK.

Well maybe you should invite her to lunch one day then see how things progress. If they go good maybe then you take her to dinner, and then maybe you will have a meaningful relationship.

on way would be to throw her down on a desk and heave-ho. make the "O" face while you are at it. she'll get the message.
