It's their house. It's more likely you'll need to modify your behavior than they'll give up a room!

Tell your mom in a lovingly, joking way, that you think you're being a bad influence on your little brother. Then explain to her that you're more mature and need some privacy. If your house can accommodate a private room for you, I see no reason why she wouldn't allow it. However, if all the bedrooms are occupied, you might suggest for her to fix up some space in the basement or attic so you can pursue your more grown-up interests in private, and not feel you are exposing your brother to things he's not ready for. (However, this doesn't give you a license to view porn.) I do commend you, however, for showing consideration for your brother. Not many older brothers would think of it.

too bad. you got to wait until your brother is old enough (another 3-4 years perhaps) and wants to move out of the room, then you have your own room! LOL

or maybe you can complain to your mom that your bro is snoring too much and you can't sleep!

If your house doesn't have enough bedrooms, there might not be anything she can do about it.
