Potatoes seem to really like shrimp cocktail. It doesn't even have to be good either, sometimes just the packaged stuff you get a Food Lion.

But really, twice-cooked potatoes. It's where you scoop out the meat of a baked potato and whip it, add butter or whatever you want to season it with and put the whipped potatoes back in the skin.

When I make a ham I always put in potatoes and green beans, now my trick is to add lots of pineapple juice, as I'm sure many know but the real trick is to also add lots of cherry juice, it make the potatoes divine. Also twice-baked potatoes are great, if you don't know any recipes just Google it!

pot roast
Buy some pot roast and put it in a roasting pan. Cut up several baking potatoes with skin removed and microwave a few minutes and then add to roasting pay. Also add celery cuts and carrot cuts and onion cuts and a couple of lemon wedges for citrus balance. Cook approximately 400 degrees in oven for two hours more or less depending on thickness of pot roast. The juices from the roast blend in with the veggies and potatoes. Yummy in you tummy.

It would have to be homebrowns. It's diced potatoes, with white minced onion, shakes of garlic powder and paprika and s+p. Fry it up with extra virgin olive oil until dark brown....mmmm... mama's homebrown's with sweet baby ray's bbq sauce.

If you mean with potatoes then...
Bake a potato. Scoop out insides and stir in some ranch dressing, bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle and bake 10 more minutes.
