The fact that he smokes weed or the fact that you call it "Mary Jane"?

Lame is one way to put it. There are a lot of them out there. Some use alcohol, some use cigarettes, some use religion and some use other drugs. It comes down to what a person really thinks of themselves. Why has been the question for thousands of years. No one has come up with an answer that will convince them not to. If it interferes with his life then he needs to be make aware of it. I doubt if there is much you can do. Nagging will not help.

who is this mary jane and why would you let him smoke her? what happened to your wedding vows? were you both not to forsake all others?? i would bet a weeks pay that 60% or more of the population of the US smokes pot. i know several that do and all are extremely productive members of society. they use it recreational, much like a lot of people will have an after dinner drink to relax with. they work hard, pay taxes, pay bills. not a one of them lets it interfere with their work, meaning its never used before or during the work day. id say thats pretty responsible and despite what some like to think, not a one of them will be hooked on harder drugs because of their pot use. so......long and short of it is, if he is responsible, provides for and does not let it affect his job or your marriage by overconsumption, then yes, you are being judgemental. but if he is a pot head and prefers to be stoned than sober, i would say you have a problem that needs to be addressed. same as alcohol

I think it's totally lame in general, but it's never done anything for me. I guess that when used recreationally, maybe once or twice a month is okay. Unless it's causing a problem. If his use really causes problems in your relationship (like, he's always high when you hang out), then ya'll need to have a talk. But if he's doing it on his own in his spare time, let him be.

Are u perfect? Do you do anything that he might think is lame? Do you think asking other people if your husband is lame is lame? Did he smoke when guys got married? If you think it's that lame then leave him. Maybe you'll do him a favor? Hook him up with one of the girls here who wouldnt think it's lame.

does he Have a job, pay attention to you and the kids. work hard, get things done, smoke occasionally? then you are judgemental. If he's unemployed, watches tv all day, does nothing, lives in his own filth and talks poop to you all day, then he sucks and should grow the F up.

If he is not going to stop at this age; it's not likely that he is going to give it up now. Unless you tell him it's either "me" or "Maryjane", now which lady do you want???
