They pretty much do the same thing most people do for fun as long as it's not sin. Not everything that's fun is a sin. I play musical instruments and have a great time. Avodiing sin, and having true inner peace makes you healthy, happy. I also have a great sense of humor. There are anti-social people in every group, I guess the people that call themselves Christians that are really jerks give people a reason to point out some kind of hypocrisy or something. It's all between you and God, not between you and some jerk who calls himself a Christian.
Also if you are married, Christians enjoy marital relationships, having children, sports and all kinds of stuff. Many people that I know that don't follow God are terribly miserable compared to myself. They are into drugs and alcohol which is destroying thier lives if they even live as long as me. I have been freed from drugs, and alcohol, and other sins that were dragging me down.
Being a Christian can free you from worry, sadness, loneliness, even death, or imprisonment.

well depends on your age group...
We have get togethers where we could play games and have pizza or some other food. We might see some good movies but try to stay away from films with a lot of sex and violence.. Go swimming, scuba diving, sky diving, go to the mountains, the beach,
We will have a Bible study to learn about how we can know God better or about how it will be in the future with him...
The main difference is that we always try to stay away from things that lead to sin.
One thing I will say is that I have more fun as a Christian than I ever had before and no hangovers and much more fun for the money..

I don't know about the anti-social ones. I like to hunt, fish, play with my kids, cook out with friends, watch movies, woodworking, and lots more things. Being a Christian doesn't mean there's a huge checklist of things you can't do. When you get down to it, they're people just like everbody else.

Lots of things. We go to movies, go to sporting events, go to concerts, play goofy golf, hang out with friends, some of us hunt and fish, go camping, have ice cream socials. There are tons of things that Christians can do for fun. Talk to some of the Christians around you and find out whats going on. My church is very active... we are always having some type of fellowship activity.

An anti-social Christian??? Is there such a thing? By obeying God, we have to be social. Its how we share the gospel. Now, me personally in my free time, I love to read. I read everyday. I also like to go fishing and window shopping at the mall, stuff like that and all. Hang out and what not. Normal everyday stuff.

Fellowship!!!!!!! Church is the best place to find people who believe what you do. Find a good church you are comfortable and happy with. Then try joining a group. Most churches have some sort of way they get together. Our church is small; but we still have sports groups, Men and ladies auxiliary, we go camping, eat a lot, and just have a lot of fun. If you look, you will find many ways to "socialize" or "fellowship" with others. Good luck and don't give up. Pray about it!

Hi Step Up,
We sit around at our computers and answer questions....Just kidding.

I have fun hanging out with friends and family.

And this is from my grade school daughter:
hanging out with friends, playing soccer, drawing. Anything that anyone else would do, but with a godly attitude.

And my college aged daughter - Anything! as long as you don't disobey God - it's all good.

Hope this helps.

wow, I guess I should be used to all these mean spirited answers but it still astounds me!

As for fun- I don't know how old you are but many churches have great youth groups that do many things besides serve in the community- they go skating , bowling, to the movies, on picnics to the beach, on hikes etc.
My family enjoys hiking, geocaching, going to movies, to the arcade, we have game nights with friends, go out for coffee or lunch, basically the same things everyone else does- we are just discerning aobut what we expose ourselves to in the realms of movies and places we go, we do our best to abstain from sin and the appearance of sin.

I have so much more fun as a Christian than the first 37 years of my life! Life is so fun and laughter is so clean!
It's fun to laugh and you don't even need to get drunk!
We do laugh and poke fun at our previous life and marvel at how much better life is. It's also fun pointing out things where we see God working.
Oh....and don't forget the potlucks!
