Don't know about hair, but I know when I was drinking a lot of carrot juice, my skin started to change slightly orange. Doctor said it is okay and that I was very healthy. He also said that one time, he had a patient that was eating a lot of spinach on a daily basis. The patient's skin started turning green, so he went to the doctor. The doctor said that even though his skin was green, he was probably the healthiest person in the office because of all of the Vitamin C he was getting. Interesting phenomenon.

No, but adding lemon juice to your hair will add natural highlights to your hair. Add lemon juice (squeeze it out of a lemon, a tablespoon's worth) to your hair and leave it on for 1-3 minutes. If your hair has naturally red highlights that's what will come out.

I'm afraid not. Hair color are determined by genetic genes.

No it cannot change your hair color. It will change your skin color to an orange tint though. I am afraid if you want that color, you will have to find other ways, like coloring it. :)
