Outside of the blatantly obvious juvenlistic responses, damn ya all are straight mean. But I would strongly suggest getting her to an mental health facility and have her evaluated. Most are open 24/7. I suffer with mental health issues and I'm so glad I finally confronted them. Its not only about getting meds, sheesh. It's also about getting the right kind of therapy and treatment from everyone involved. I wish you nothing but blessings

Well...prior to discussing what the possible treatments are most importantly you must seek treatment. Im in the medical field, allbeit completely clericle, and you can take your wife to your family doctor for this problem, it doesnt have to be a psychiatrist, and have him evaluate her and he can perscribe the best antidepressant medication and also suggest the best treatment for her situation. To answer your question generally...the best treatment for what your wife is going through is antidepressants, exercise and possible therapy. I hope that helps. God bless. Teri

There are many good medications for suicidal tendencys. Has your wife seen a Psychiatrist? If not I would suggest that she see one immediately to get on some meds to make her feel better and less agitated and not suicidal. I would take her to a Psychiatrist before it is to late. Please do her that favor.

Get her to an emergency room immediately.
The doctors there will take care of her.
Her life might be at stake.
Afterwards, find a good psychiatrist.

Try talking to her comforting her. Find out why she feels this way. Or take her to a good therapist.
