Randy, in contrast, Islam provides you with a logical offer. The Lord Most High has made this World, including the spiritual World which is not visible to all the lesser creatures, but is visible to human beings who apply reason and logic.
As he created the ups and downs of the spiritual World, he has also sent guides to help us through the paths. It is really up to us to either accept guidance or depend on our own means in the desert of spirituality, which can also lead you to the oasis of peace.
However, you are right that the Christian concept that Jesus has died for my sins, so I have to accept him or be burnt in hell for ever is not only not apealing but completely unjust.
I always say that if I paid for your dinner, ANYTHING THAT YOU wanted to eat, would it be fair for the Restaurant that fed you to charge you too, on top of receiving payment from me? If that does happen, in my view the restaurant owner is most unfair (thus God would be unfair, to have double jeopardy for us all), to receive two payments for one dinner, one from me, that was pre-paid on your behalf, plus have you wash dishes AFTER your dinner is alread paid for by me, just because you do not acknowledge that I have paid for you, because the restaurant owner KNOWS that he has received payment, whereas you may not wish to acknowledge even if I paid, without you asking me to do so.
So, this whole concept is flawed and it does not take an Einstein to figure it out. But, then again, if everyone was Einstein, who would do the grunt work?
So, there is reason in everything the Lord has made. I hope this makes sense.

You never asked for a gift either. It is just given to you. It is up to you if you use it or not. Jesus is the same. Due to the fact we are created in God's image, thus having freewill which he can not interfere with, it is up to us if we choose to use the gift God has given us through his son Jesus or not. He's not going to force us. He doesn't ask you to feel guilty, accept him, thank him or anything else. It is there if you choose to accept it. And just a final point to ponder on, "there are no atheists in a fox holes"

Now days no one going to die for your sin. because they have their own sin to take care of.Even if any one die for your sin unasked that's their problem. Why you have to guilty about it? That's not your fault. You can be thankful to him and he should remember for ever by you. but you don't have to be guilty for his act. Because it's his own choice,

When someone offers you a gift or a favor, you don't have to receive it. Some people have so much pride that they can't "lower" themselves to accept something from someone. I know people that will take government handouts, but won't accept a sandwich from me when I offer. You have to humble yourself to accept a favor, just like you have to humble yourself to receive Christ. He won't force Himself on your.
i can tell you're feeling guilty though. After you receive God's grace...the guilt is taken away.

You know with out Jesus dieing for all our sins we would not be here now. God would have destroyed the world completely. So either were here for his dieing for us or not. What do you think you would be now if he didn't die for our sins?

He did you a favor, unasked, and you can either accept it or not, He doesn't force us to accept it so whether you feel guilty or not is your own problem.

See that is the great thing about God's gift called "free will". You can decide to do whatever you want, but as for me, I'm thankful that Jesus died for me. I will continue to grow in my faith and one day I will stand in His wonderful presence. Good luck to you and your decision.

Interestingly, most Christians claim it was a "gift," but cannot explain how a "gift" incurs a debt.
The Jesus story is not only a myth, it is an idiotic concept. God did not commit suicide so people who refused to follow his rules could avoid eternal punishment.
But, God does not exist, so it really doesn't matter.
