Either (A) this was drawn by an overly naive Catholic, (B) this was drawn by someone who wanted to provide subtle humor in some Catholic publication, only evident to the more "experienced" reader, or (C) this was drawn by someone whose subconscious mind was leaking like a weepy watering hose into his artistic work. As it stands now, though, this picture is totally bizarre, and we may all be subject to arrest for having child pornography on our computers.

It is clear, that this young boy is troubled and crying; and Jesus, being the loving and compassionate savior that he is, is simply comforting him. If you allow the devil to corrupt your mind to see otherwise, then may the Lord have mercy upon your sin sick souls.

The boy is crying on Jesus's lap and is being comforted by him. I'm sure some people would see it as pornographic though.
