The way I understand that Filipino's go about it, is this:
Get one to marry someone in the Navy or Air Force.
Once she has been in the US for a couple of years: she imports her parents;
After the parents have been here a short while, they import the rest of the kids;
The kids, after they have been here for awhile, bring their spouses, fiancees, and their own kids;
Next is Grandma and Grampa, then their other kids....
Before you know it.....the whole darn village is here, living in 2 apartments and collecting government benefits.
What a way to live.......
