this sounds like delirium. If she is already on medication and the pain keeps her from sleeping I think she is experiencing sleep deprivation delirium. I agree with the others you need to get her to a Doctor, I just don't believe it should be the same one you went to. Best of wishes to you and yours

First off what medication does her doctor have her on? Did he give her a pain killing narcotic drug?
Call the ER and tell them her situation and the medication she is on. They may suggest it's the medication making her act in this manner or they may have her come by EMT's. I assure you I can understand her pain where the fusion is concerned. My ankle fusion was done in July and I still have severe pains...It takes much needed time for any fusion type of surgery to heal. The pain medication can make you say all sorts of things. I talked crazy like as well too. I hope she will be fine...keep us posted please.

Check her temperature and make sure she isn't running a fever. She might have an infection that might be making her act oddly. Another possibility would be drug effects or interactions. Review the medicines she has been taking and make sure she didn't take a double dose or forget a dose. Try talking to her and see if she has any insights. Often people with serious illness or dementia can give you clues about what is going on with them and what their perception of their problem might be if you take the time to listen to them carefully. If she doesn't have an infection, maybe something to ease her anxiety might be helpful. my best to you both

Call the Doctor who is monitoring her. They should have an emergency service who will contact the doctor on call. They will give you the advice you need. They may tell you to take them in to emergency and they will meet you up there. And if she is uncomfortable why continue to make her suffer . The hospital can do more for her.

Get her specialist help, or supply up putting up wtih her crap. heavily, her thoughts are out of control and performance hijacked the completed kinfolk. it must be menopause, or it must be some thing far more advantageous severe like borderline personality. If she refuses help, your in reality different selection is to leave her to her gadgets. it truly is unhappy, yet you purchased your human being existence to stay, and the purpose of your existence and your dads and sisters isn't to thrill your mom and assume her each mood and suck as a lot as her, it truly is madness. Your dad desires to finish slightly difficult love and positioned his foot down, sufficient is sufficient.
