Why is there a burning sensation in the rectum, when you coughs and fart simultaneously?

Coughing and farting raise the central venous pressure. If you have a bulging intervertebral disc this can cause pinching of a nerve. If it happens to be the nerve to the rectum it can cause a burning sensation.
If sex is a pain in the bum you are doing it wrong.

Haha I love that feeling...it burns but it's hilarious. I believe it is because the fart-air is pushed out extra hard from the cough.
