Check out the drug stores and shops - pedicure stones. It is used to rub off the dead dry skins on the base of your feet.

Try soaking your feet in warm water for abt 10 mins, then stone rub your skin. It'll make it easier to remove the dead skin. After that, dry your feet & apply moisturiser, even those leftover handcream can do. Wear a sock to sleep, not only keep the feet warm, it'll also keep the moisturiser in.

Pamper yourself.

Soak your feet in warm water, or while you are taking a bath use pumas stone on your feet. Just don't take too much off off at a time. do this daily. When you go to bed rub a good cream into your feet such as Palmer's Coco Butter and put on a pair of socks. Your feet should show great improvement with in a week. When your feet are how you want them just put cream on the at night. Then about once a week do all of the above to maintain your feet.

foot pumice is a good answer, you need exfoliation. But, also try a foot cream with alpha hyroxy acid in it, that will help the skin to slough off gradually and a newer healthier layer will be underneath. When you get a pedicure they also use this little razor to shave off the callouses, you can buy one in the foot care dept. of any drugstore, it is curved and comes on a plastic handle. Finally, put a lot of lotion on your feet and then cover them with cotton socks and sleep in them. That will really soften up the rough spots.

You can purchase a metal blade with handle made just for feet, it is a calius and dry skin remover. I purchased mine from CVS or any drug strore should carry. I paid 6 bucks.

You soak your feet very well and then just scrap off dry skin, no cuts, no bleeding, easy to use and the best 6 bucks i have ever spent. You get feeling back in your feet. Renewed and refreshed.

Use a pumice stone to scrub dead skin off after a soak in a warm tub. Walk in sand on the beach to buff of dead skin. Use any sort of exfoliating scrub (something you can feel is gritty) to wash dead skin away. Follow with a soothing lotion to moisturize feet and make them feel soften (lotions with mint in them feel very refreshing on the feet).

Where I get my feet done, I was told not to overuse the foot grinder on my callous's. they said it was better to use it just lightly and then use a foot 'slough' (it is a lotion that use rub on your feet. and the more you rub it gets thicker and it gets rid of rough spots and dead skin . the 'slough's are pretty cheap at the store,
