I fractured my growth plate on tuesday. I had xrays then. I am currently wearing a imoblizing cast, and ace bandages. I have an appointment with an othipedic tomorrow and he asked me to pick up my old xrays. Is he going to take new ones and compare or work off of those?

He will probably use the ones you had already taken, unless you were very swollen and they couldn't see a break yet. Sometimes it takes a few days for the swelling to go down before they can see a fracture for sure. Sounds like you are headed for a cast. I am confused though, the growth plate is in your wrist.
