I partitioned it a 80gig hard drive. Originally it said 131200 or something max, when I have 200000. So, how do I get the rest of the drive?

right click on My Computer and click manage.

On the left side you'll see disk management. Click it and you'll see a large space that says Unallocated. Right click that and format that space.

Where you went wrong here is in your choice of file systems. You didn't say which windows but I will assume either win2k or XP. Both offer using either FAT32 or NTFS. If you chose FAT32, that's problem. NTFS has a maximum addressable disk size of 2 terabytes or more I'm not sure of the FAT32 limit but it looks like from your information around 130GB. The only reason to use FAT32 anymore is if you are dual booting with say win98 and XP and want both way file transferring. What I mean is an OS (win2k or XP) using NTFS can read and write to FAT32 but Win98 can not read or write to NTFS.
I suggest you convert the drive to NTFS, and then repartition. FAT32 could now be called legacy, there's a new kid on the block, NTFS, and it has more than size as an advantage over FAT32. Google it, you see.
