If you answer "yes" then please explain the following : Psalms 139 : 8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. 9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.
Is "little ones" refering to children and babies? If yes, please explain to me if God enjoys seeing sinners' babies heads smashed upon rocks?
If you think God takes no pleasure in such things as murdering babies....explain why God would inspire such brutality?
Would you smash a muslim child's head on a rock? If you think muslim's are enemies of God then surely you would reward the sinners of today in the same God inspired way as in the past...right?
Or did God change and become more compassionate when he was here in the Jesus form? Obviously god does change...Jesus never spoke of killing the babies of sinners...or did he?

Your reference is incorrect.
Yes the entire Bible is inspired by God.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Yes, the bible is the literal word of God, inspired by God and written by man. Some parts of the bible are explaining events. How is that inspired? Well, God caused those writing to remember said events as they had a purpose relating to the bible as a whole.
God does not enjoy seeing the horrible things you describe, that is the work of Satan in the world, then and now. It is a descriptive of history that carries a purpose for being put in the Bible. Daughter of Babylon is not a person by the way, it is nations that stemmed from Babylon the city. The little ones are the different nations branched off. You have totally misinterpreted this passage.

i could evaluate myself one to believe notably lots each and every thing interior the bible, yet I dont prefer to take it so far to declare that each and every be conscious interior the bible is completley precise. there are various translations accessible who use diverse words and such. So which one is sturdy? There are some factors interior the old testomony to illustrate that are describing a single horned animal. some bibles actual say unicorn. Which doesnt recommend the mythological creature yet ordinary a one horned animal, yet some bibles say rhynocerous. i think of there are little issues right here and there that recommend which you cant purely postpone your bible and say each and every be conscious written in it extremely is a hundred% authentic and precise. yet I do believe it replaced into God stimulated. I additionally hate whilst Christians say the bible is the be attentive to God. No wher ein the bible does it say that the bible is the be attentive to God, infact the bible wasnt composed and arranged as "the bible" because it replaced into being written.

First of all its psalm 137. secondly this was in the old testament which means that these terms no longer apply because there is a new testament. verses 8-9 fall under the 'eye for an eye' rule. God had his choosen people back then and people who sinned against him would be given a chance to be forgived or they would perish- thats just how it worked back then. the babylonians destroyed Jeruselem and killed their children, in this psalm, the writer is fortelling of the capture of babylon by Cyrus. So techniquely God does not want it to happen but he forsaw it happening and inspired this psalmist to write about it.

Are you sure you have the right reference? According to my Bible Good News Translation
Psalm 139:8 says
If I went up top heaven, you would be there. If I lay down in the world of the dead you would be there. vs 9 If I flew away beyond the east or lived in the farthest place in the west You would be there to lead me you would be there to help me.

God and God alone can judge and therefore pronounce judgement. It has nothing to do with what we would do or want to have happen.
