Yes, according to Adherents.com, in 1999 there were about 13,000 Catholics remaining in Iran.

"Tens of thousands of Christians have emigrated from Iran since 1979, cutting the Christian population by nearly two-thirds, to roughly 120,000, of which only 13,000 are Catholic."

There are also Catholics of Persian descent scattered all over the world.

Yes but you need to look for Armenian and Chaldean Catholics to find information about them.
