I need advice about what to do. Theres this girl i asked to homecoming and she said yeah then after that she says no in a text message.
"No i'm sorry. chris, ur poem was sweet and so are u, but i don't think i'm the right girl for u. i'm so sorry but ur still a hottie." I don't want to lose this girl. she's liked me for a while and i've liked her but now it just messed up.
I wrote her a poem to ask her to homecoming. She's in my geometry class so after that i just slipped it into her backpack because it was open and told her it was. After that i walked away and she ran up to me the poem in her hand and said yeah. After that she texted me back saying her little poem. so i don't know what to do know. I still have feelings for her
Also she's heck of quiet during class so i don't know what she wants or anything. She was talking to me a lot yesterday and today she seems like she doesn't like me or something

The football team is coming home
So I thought I'd take a chance
And sit down and write this poem
To ask you to the Homecoming Dance
Then it's up to you to decide
If I go to more than just the Game
So please accept this Rose
And my poetry does lack
But I do need to know one thing,
Will you go with me to homecoming?

awwww.... dont give up! she'll come around with a guy like u!u can write me a poem!LOL! i feel like that when guys ask me out(i feel like i'll just bring him down!or wont please him)so i say no but later i realize i really do like him and i should give it a chance but then the had already given up on me!so just stay with her if she is smart she'll give ya a chance sweetie!

Well, it seems to me that this girl doesn't like you, she was going to use you for a date to the homecomeing, but then someone else probably asked her, or she asked someone else, and she texted you no so she sould go to the other class. She might have liked you, but it might not have been in the way you think she did. Take my advice and just forget about her. They say guys can be jerks, but us girls can be jerks just as bad! Don't let this get to you, it was her stupid plan and you should have no part in it. You can still like her, and try to ask her to another dance. Who knows she might say yes for real this time! Well that's one big reason I like guys better than girls. They are harder to figure out but I think she likes you but is confused about how to start with you. Girls seem to love to talk so try and get her to open up to you. Ask her some questions about herself. Act like you're not upset that she wrote you the message, (even if you are). Be a friend to her. Listen to what she says. Girls are goofy in the way they think about guys. One minute they're scared of you, the next they want to wrestle you down and tickle you silly. I can't figure 'em out. Good luck. I'd say try to get her to talk to you, even if you have to write her lots more notes.

I would ask her staight out, does she want to go or not. It could be that some one else sent that text message. Any how, you diserve a straigh forward answer. if she is just messing with you, then shame on her, but find out, from her, before you get too let down/elated.
Also, if she deosn't think you two are a good match, then she may be right. Be her friend, but keep your options open.

Hmm I would say somebody got to her. Have you actually tried to talk to her..if you haven't try to. Do it somewhere else besides school though...
So she doesn't feel like she has been backed into a corner. It really seems like to me that someone has talked to her though about this situation and maybe that is why she is backing out of the date. Talk to her friends too. Maybe they can shed some light on it for you..Good luck I hope you find your answer and get your girl!

That is the most SWEETIST poem I have ever read!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know HOW she said no to that! My advice is to move on and find a different girl. There are TONS of other girls that would admire your poetry. I know I DO! Just ask a different girl that you might like.(in poetry) Anybody that DOESN'T like that poetry is a NUTCASE! Good luck!

how often do you talk to his girl? if she really likes you she should talk to you, unless she is shy. if she is, tell her that you want a relationship and ask her what she thinks. if she says she doesn't want a relationship, then you can still be friends. but if she does want a relationship congratulations! just don't try to rush into anything to fast. take it slow and steady!
